Description
If you have never snorkel or you love the activity, the Mexican Caribbean hast the second largest barrier reef in the world. The Mesoamerican Barrier reef, which starts in Mexico cruzing Bélice, Guatemala and ending in Honduras. Without any doubt and activity you don't want to miss!
The activity consists in taking a boat at the Marina to be transfered to the reef and perform tu snorkel dives in different places. With a lenght of 1 hour in each place.
The first place is located at the southern tip of the island and is one of the best reefs available for this activity. This beautiful reef area is home to turtles, starfish, lobsters, fish o many colors and many other species that live between corals and algae.
The second place is the underwater museum called M.U.S.A. a place with more than 200 submerged sculptures that will make your experience something unique!
