Description
Both cenotes are localized inside one of the three biggest underground rivers in the world, Dos Ojos System (two eyes), with more than 58 km long.
Cenote the PIT is a unique place, due to the marvelous underwater light beams that can be proyected in the interior. The caverns are decorated with stalactites and there's a foggy gas layer at 90 feet depth. You will feel astonished by the inmensity of this place!
Inside the Top 3 deep dives in the area!
After Cenote The Pit, to finish this incredible experience, you will do a shallow dive in Cenote Dos Ojos where you are gonna keep enjoying scuba diving in this beautiful mayan "pools".
Cenote Dos Ojos or "Two eyes" own this name because seeing these two circular cenotes from the air, look like two big eyes between the jungle.
This Cenote is one of the favorites for divers, due to its crystal waters, spectacular stalactites and stalagmites formations.
Dos Ojos has two different lines: The Barbie line with 0.31 miles and the Bat Cave with 0.28 miles, both with a max depth of 33 Ft and water temperature of 75°F.
This dive is a mixture of great tunnels and open areas that allow you to see incredible games of light!

We had a spectacular day! The whole family loved it! Chino and Fidel took such good care even taught my daughters how to snorkel. It was their first time and he gave them a great first experience! Fidel had patience and also made sure to photograph my millennial daughter Maya. My son Jonathan loved diving with the professional tech diver Chino who is so passionate about the cenotes. Seeing is about the people guiding you - and we were lucky to have them as our mentors. Hector also made sure to buy the appropriate food - my daughter said it was the best food in Mexico. Happy to have new friends from Mexico!
