CENOTE TRAIL TOUR
EVERY TUESDAY AND FRIDAY
* An extra fee of $55USD per person for private tours.
On this tour we ride through tropical forest, home to many species of bird, reptiles and mammals, and
explore a variety of caverns, caves, sinkholes and freshwater springs in which you will be able to walk and swim.
Considered portals to a spiritual realm by the Mayan people, these are places of exceptional beauty and wonder, both mysterious and magical. Part of the largest known network of underground rivers in the world, integral to life in the Yucatan, the cenotes are home to many forms of wildlife & secrets of the past.
Tour Program:
● 1pm-1.30pm: Pick up at the meeting point.
● Drive to the start of the trail 20 min outside of Tulum
● Climb on your bikes and ride through the tropical forest to the first cenote
● Swim and snorkel in a first cave type cenote
● Ride to a second cenote
● Walk through this second cenote which is dry cave
● Swim and snorkel in the networks of a last cave cenote
● Cycle back to the starting point
● 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Drop off at your hotel.
For Whom?
The distance covered is approximately 5 miles with plenty of stops. Suitable for any adult comfortable on a bike and teenagers over 12.
For bookings that include children under 12 (min 8 years old), we can organize a private tour at extra cost (excluding groups of 6 people or more when the tour will be at normal price).

Transportation in Air-Conditioned Van or car from and to your hotel within the immediate Tulum area (extra fee applies for hotels outside of Tulum)
